Group Quality Manager

Reporting directly to board level you will take responsibility for all Quality activity across the group. You will embed a continuous improvement culture, revising and updating policies and procedures to ensure that compliance with legislation is fully aligned with the changing needs of the business. Working across the group, you will ensure the integration of new businesses into the quality system and drive team performance to achieve industry best practice. This is a multi site business delivering multiple, high value projects simultaneously. You will therefore oversee the development of rigorous monitoring and recording procedures to ensure full traceability is maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will already be an established quality manager with a background in Power, Oil and Gas or Petrochemical sectors. Experience in M&E contracting would be advantageous as would a good understanding of fabrication and welding including the associated metallurgical principles. A degree level qualification in an engineering discipline is expected.

In addition, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious character with good influencing and leadership skills and the drive and personal credibility to make an early impact in this challenging environment. In return, we can offer a great reward package and an opportunity to develop rapidly.
