Based at Rugeley Power Station and reporting
directly to the Site Finance manager your duties will include:
- Administer company payroll system
- Act as a focal point on site for the communication
of payroll related information and for dealing with queries.
- Process procurement requisitions and raise
material and plant hire orders as directed.
- Administer Plant and GRN's system, processing and
cross-checking supporting documentation.
- Process and respond to Head Office invoice queries
- Develop, maintain and implement on-site filing
system in accordance with company quality procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring that information on
company Management Information System is kept up to date, for own area of
operation.
- Generate cost reports for Site Management
- Undertake ad-hoc duties in line with site and
company requirements.
- Work with line manager to identify and action own
training and development needs.
The ideal candidate
will already have 3-5 years administrative experience, ideally within a site
based finance function. Strong organisational ability, good communication
skills and the capability to work within a small team are essential for success
in the role.
