Based at Rugeley Power Station and reporting directly to the Site Finance manager your duties will include:

  • Administer company payroll system
  • Act as a focal point on site for the communication of payroll related information and for dealing with queries.
  • Process procurement requisitions and raise material and plant hire orders as directed.
  • Administer Plant and GRN's system, processing and cross-checking supporting documentation.
  • Process and respond to Head Office invoice queries
  • Develop, maintain and implement on-site filing system in accordance with company quality procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring that information on company Management Information System is kept up to date, for own area of operation.
  • Generate cost reports for Site Management
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties in line with site and company requirements.
  • Work with line manager to identify and action own training and development needs.

The ideal candidate will already have 3-5 years administrative experience, ideally within a site based finance function. Strong organisational ability, good communication skills and the capability to work within a small team are essential for success in the role.
